Research Assistance Nexus (RAN)

Discover unexpected papers. Keep the whole team current.

Past
Research Assistance Nexus (RAN)

Literature review tools often reinforce what you already know how to search for. Teams also lose time re-explaining context, progress, and half-formed insights to new collaborators.

RAN combines embedding and citation-graph traversal to recommend papers outside the usual keyword neighborhood - similar in spirit to ResearchRabbit, and built in that direction earlier. Insights, progress, and prior work live in a shared workspace; an onboarding agent summarizes the corpus so new members can catch up without a full verbal brief.

RAN is a research ops layer: discovery that expands what you find, plus a living workspace for notes, status, and prior decisions. Graph- and embedding-based recommendations surface relevant work you would not have queried for directly. AI onboarding compresses that workspace into briefings so teams spend less time re-teaching context every time someone joins.
